EU TagLab Pro – Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 5, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what data EU TagLab Pro (https://eu.taglabpro.com) collects, why, and what your rights are under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The data controller is Branislav Gregoric, operating EU TagLab Pro ("we", "us"). Questions or requests: info@taglabpro.com.
1. The short version
- Your game videos are never uploaded. They stay on your own computer. Only a reel you choose to share by link is stored, until you stop sharing it or the link expires.
- We store only the data the app needs: your account, teams, tags and reports.
- Your online data is stored in the European Union.
- We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising. There is no tracking.
- You can download all your data or delete your account yourself, at any time, in Settings → Your data and privacy.
2. What we collect
Account data
- Your name and email address.
- If you sign in with Google: your name, email and profile picture from Google. We never see your Google password.
- Your plan, trial dates and payment status.
Data you create in the app
- Teams and rosters (player names, numbers and similar).
- Optional player photos and club logos you choose to add.
- Folders, game information, tags with timestamps, sets, playlists, settings and reports.
- Reels you share by link (the exported video file, its title and settings) and player share links.
- Training call bookings and support messages you send us.
Payment data
- Card payments are made through Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle collects your payment and billing details and is responsible for them under its own privacy notice. We receive only what we need to run your plan: your subscription status, plan and renewal date. We never see your card number.
- If you pay by invoice: your name, club name (if any), billing details and payment records.
Technical data
- Basic technical logs (such as date and time of access, IP address, browser type and error messages) needed to keep the service secure and working, and the sign-in sessions of your account.
What we do NOT collect
- Your game videos, apart from reels you share by link.
- No advertising or analytics tracking.
3. Why we use your data, and on what legal basis
- To provide the service you signed up for (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b), contract): your account and sign-in, saving and syncing your teams, tags and reports, Club sharing, share links, your trial and plan, training calls and support.
- To meet legal duties (Art. 6(1)(c)), such as keeping payment and tax records.
- For our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) in keeping EU TagLab Pro secure, preventing abuse and fixing problems, and in telling you about important changes to your account or these policies.
We do not use your data for automated decisions or profiling.
4. Where your data is stored, and who processes it for us
Your online data is stored in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). These providers process data for us, only under our instructions and under data processing agreements:
- Vercel Inc. – hosting of the app (EU region, Frankfurt).
- Neon Inc. – database (EU region, Frankfurt).
- Resend Inc. – sending account emails (invitations, training call and support emails).
- Google – only for "Sign in with Google", if you choose it.
- YouTube – only if you paste a YouTube link. The video then plays from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode, which does not set tracking cookies before you press play.
Some of these providers are based in the United States. Where data could be accessed from outside the EU, the transfer is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Paddle.com acts as an independent controller for payments (see section 2).
5. Sharing
- We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers.
- We share data only with the providers in section 4, with coaches you invite to your Club plan (they see shared teams and games), with people you send a share link to (they see only what that link shows), and with authorities when the law requires it.
6. Player data uploaded by coaches
Coaches may add player names, numbers, photos and other details. For this data, the coach (or their club) decides what is added and is responsible for having a legal basis, such as permission from the players, or from parents or guardians for players under 16. We process this data only to provide the service to that coach or club.
If you are a player (or a parent) and want your data removed, please contact the coach or club first. You can also email info@taglabpro.com and we will help.
7. How long we keep data
- Active accounts: while your account exists.
- Locked accounts (trial ended or plan not renewed): we keep your data so you can come back, unless you delete the account.
- Deleted accounts: Delete my account removes your online data at once. Copies in our database provider's short-term backups are overwritten within 30 days.
- Share links: a shared reel is removed when you stop sharing it, when the link expires, or when you delete your account.
- Payment records: invoices and payment records are kept for as long as tax law requires, even after an account is deleted.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access your data and get a copy of it (Art. 15);
- receive your data in a machine-readable format (Art. 20);
- correct wrong data (Art. 16);
- delete your data or your whole account (Art. 17);
- restrict or object to certain uses of your data (Art. 18 and 21).
You can download all your data (one JSON file) and delete your account yourself in Settings → Your data and privacy. For anything else, email info@taglabpro.com from your account email. We answer within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU country where you live or work.
9. Children
EU TagLab Pro accounts are for coaches. You must be 16 or older to create an account. Young players may appear in data added by coaches; see section 6.
10. Cookies and browser storage
We use only strictly necessary cookies and browser storage: to keep you signed in, remember your settings and language, and keep your work on your computer so the app also works offline. We do not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. Because these are strictly necessary, no consent is needed; the app shows a short notice once.
11. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypted storage at our providers, and strict access limits. No system is 100% secure, so please use a strong password and keep your login safe. If a security problem affects your data, we will tell you and the authorities as the GDPR requires.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. When we make important changes, we will tell you in the app or by email.
